I think Firmino will be Out of the XI for a long time. He is probably the worst buy we have made the past 2 years considering the tag?

Some serious competition for that accolade, Markovic, Lovren, Balotelli, Benteke

I have wondered for several years now.

Is something just not well at a deeper level within the club? We have spent plenty in the past five years. We have had some great players. We have spent big money on several players that were supposed to be on the cusp of greatness.

We've had good or better managers. We've had horrible owners and decent owners.

We've spent enough to be consistently top four. But it just doesn't work. It never works. Does anybody have a clue here as to what is really long? I'm at a total loss.

We lost the winning habit in the early 90s, starting with a disastrous change of chairman when Sir John Smith was replaced by David Moores. Ever since then we've been struggling to catch up, and that's contributed to a series of poor recruitment decisions off the field which have led to (among other things) poor recruitment of playing staff. Just as winning gets to be a habit, so can poor choices. Appointing Klopp is our best chance in decades of reversing this flow. I just hope the owners back him properly in the market, not least by losing (or at least drastically slimming down) the daft transfer committee set-up.

We have had mostly shit managers who have brought weak (mentally) players.

The times we have got it right with signings/trophies have been under Houllier and Rafa.

Given time and money I expect JK to do the same.

Fuck this commentary team. Now suggesting Klopp should have waited longer and maybe he could have had the Chelsea or United jobs.

Cunts.
