I think we'll destroy them.
With Kuyt and Suarez on form, Carroll closer to full fitness and Gerrard back in contention we're just too strong for West Brom, despite it being an away game. What's bothering me though is the left fullback position.

My prediction 0-4. With Suarez scoring two, Carroll header and Gerrard from the spot.

Provisional squad: Reina, Carragher, Skrtel, Agger, Johnson, Lucas, Gerrard, Spearing, Kuyt, Meireles, Suarez, Carroll, Gulacsi, Kyrgiakos, Wilson, Poulsen, Rodriguez, Cole, Ngog, Flanagan.

Line up:

Reina

Carra Skrtel Agger Johnson

Lucas Gerrard

Meireles
Kuyt Suarez

Carroll

I'm always confident when we go the Hawthorns, we beat them a good few times over the last ten years or so.
I'm going to say 3-0. Suarez, Meireles and Kuyt.

The footballing gods will see to it that misfortune befalls us having the temerity to remove Roy from the position he had been rewarded with for so many years of sterling work and honours from his fellow professionals.

WBA 2 LFC 0.

He'll say "told you so" as will all his mates in the Press.

I very much doubt if Gerrard will start but I think we will win this one. Comfortable 2 0 with a reasonably uncomfortable 10 minutes before we get the second. Just to keep us on our toes.

I haven't seen much of Brom this season but I did see them play Manc Ud off the park and somehow lose the game so this game may not be as easy as people think.

Its a bonus seeing Dorrans is out injured as he can actually play a bit.

Our record against this lot is pretty good so fingers crossed we'll get the win.

I'll crack up if we lose to Roy and West Brom. Media will have a field day with poor Roy.

Hope we smash them.

This. I want us to beat them. Beat them good!

West Brom 2-1 Liverpool

Roy's just going to fuck us over. He's a master at it.

Adrian chiles said on his day break show this morning the fact his beloved WBA have played us 9 times in the prem winning none losing 9 and scoring none and conceding 25
only woy can change that.. but KD will fuck him over.

Johnson trained today, so I think he'll start.

It will be the same team as against Sunderland, if Gerrard isnt fit.

I'll go a narrow 2-1 win for us. We tend to make heavy weather of games in which we're clear favourites, but I reckon we'll have too much for them even so.

Agreed, it will be a very close game. I really think Carroll can get his first goal though.

Have the clocks gone forward in the homeland yet?

I have a sense of being whooshed here, but anyway: yes, last Sunday.

No whoosh, Jules. Just working out if the game is at 10 or 11am my time tomorrow. Cheers.

Indeed.

tempting fate threads drive me nuts, some people just never learn. Its enough to say i hope we win.

West Brom v Liverpool

West Brom boss Roy Hodgson will undoubtedly feel he has a point to prove in this game following his brief spell as Liverpool manager earlier this season.

Hodgson is unbeaten in four games since taking charge of the Baggies and they have started to show a bit of belief that they have what it takes to get out of trouble. West Brom have a team shape which, when they lose the ball, makes them difficult to break down - which is definitely a trademark of his.

Liverpool deserved their win at Sunderland on 20 March, although they were a bit fortunate to get the penalty that put them ahead in that game. But a lot of their players have played an awful lot of football in the last few weeks and I am not convinced they will be able to push on here, or that finishing fourth is at all realistic for them.

Luis Suarez and Andy Carroll are starting to look decent up front, and if they can get Steven Gerrard back into the mix when he is fit then they should finish the season strongly, but the best Reds boss Kenny Dalglish and his side can hope for is fifth place.

Prediction: 1-1

Guess who?

Me neither.

Fuck all this doom mongering shit.

0-5, we'll teach Woycorpse a lesson. Carroll and Suarez with 2 apiece.

• West Brom have lost all nine previous Premier League encounters between the clubs. They are also yet to score a single Premier League goal against the Reds, who in turn have netted 25 times.

• If Albion fail to score they will set a new top-flight record of 10 consecutive games without scoring against particular opposition. They currently share the record with Everton, who failed to score in nine games against Liverpool between 1972-76.

• Liverpool have won 12 successive league games against West Brom. Victory today would see them set a new club record of consecutive wins against another club.

• The Baggies' last league win against Liverpool was 30 years ago, in an old Division One fixture in February 1981. Bryan Robson and Cyrille Regis both scored in a 2-0 win.

If Hodgson was still in charge we'd probably loose, considering the facts mentioned above.
