Wow, just seen the live league table. Spurs are actually still in the title race.

They'll be our biggest rivals this year for 4th place.
 
I fucking hate it when a player goes down and grabs the ball. Even if it's a foul, they should be booked for handball as the ref has not yet blown his whistle.

Squads are very important

The Mancs, Chelsea, Spurs, City and arguably Arsenal all have better squads than us; certainly none of those teams have had to field players as shit as Insua, Eggnog and Lucarse very often

We will do well to come fourth if Benitez doesn't get Purple on the pitch, drop the cunts and hope that Torres and Gerrard stay fit

Otherwise we'll be in the Europa next season. Again.

On the +ve side, Benitez will get sacked if we do come fifth or lower

He did offer some qualification though. Something about Heskey being big and powerful, but Zamora was more "technical".

I suppose if one had to choose a big galoot who doesn't score many goals, isn't very popular with fans, but is "valued by his team-mates and manager" you can see some kind of twisted logic in there somewhere

Benitez doesn't really push players for their national sides in that way.
