Ah right. Will Xenforo 1.x run on a higher version of PHP compatible with Xenforo 2.x?

Minimum for XF 1.5 is PHP 5.2(!). The maximum will generally be whatever the latest version of PHP was at the time.

It supports 7.2 which is the minimum for 2.x.. I think..

We are on version of something really really silly.. take a guess..

I am not sure I have ever felt more out of my depth than in this thread. I don't even understand what needs doing, so although I can be 100% sure that I can't do it, I couldn't even begin to research anyone who could!

However, I have been here from the start. I would hate for the site to close. I can probably only really help by chipping in a bit of cash if and when you need donations, but I'm certainly happy to do so.

Of course. All things come to an end though. All forums will have a shelf life as generations move to different forms of online interaction.

Nope. Tapatalk is handy and also for some reason I can't get the mobile version on my phone, it always goes to desktop version...

Couldn't you get someone from Freelancer or People per Hour to do the heavy lifting? I've used Freelancer 3 times, two (one guy from Bangladesh and one from Pakistan) did really good jobs for not a lot at all and cost way way less than UK designers. One (girl from Pakistan) was rubbish but I easily got my money back.
