The broadcasters probably overlaid synthetic boos onto the live feed, on orders of Biden. I would imagine that was the intention when they hired her, obviously a blind moron hired her, then on closer inspection Trump decided it wouldn't work, the staff asked whether they should replace her or dismiss her, and Trump presumably said nah, keep her around, I'll need her for later.
