Barcelona and Real Madrid may be priced out of a deal for Borussia Dortmund and Norway striker Erling Braut Haaland. The 20-year-old wants a salary of 35m euros (£30m) a year. (Goal)
Barcelona will let France centre-back Samuel Umtiti, 27, leave this summer, with AC Milan and Italy defender Alessio Romagnoli, 26, a possible replacement. (Mundo Deportivo - in Spanish)
 
I see a bit of the Coutinho role in him.
Clearly prefer this one to Grealish, but I do wonder if he is athletic and fast enough to make the final step into a top team.
 
I think he's the sort of player that looks great at a lower level but would struggle against good opposition. Hes two foot and he's good vision buts he takes too many touches and he's always doing the same two step to get past opponents. He doesn't have enough variety. I suspect he's another Minamino big fish in a small pond type player.

Exactly this, but less selfish. I think he would be both perfect and different and just hitting his prime years. He had some of the best stats in the PL last season, as well. Not a Championship player.

He would be a really good replacement for 2 of Keita, Ox, Milner, Gini - even if not quite as physical than the last 3. He could have a Jota-like impact.

I read elsewhere that she has had the inside track on a few previous signings but I am more than sceptical.

The definate aspect of truth in this article is that we are looking to strengthen at CB, It is a fair bet that this is accurate.

Hard to tell if Saint Maximin is this seasons Mané or this seasons Adama Traore. Hes got mountains of talent but he needs to get to a club where he will be coached to play with alot more discipline.
