Lets face it Ross... He would be a great addition to the squad, can play on either flank, cross is better than Kuyt, quicker than Kuyt. Works almost as hard as Kuyt.

It'd never happen, but just reporting whats on the beeb.

The biggest in terms of money spent was 2008 when £675m was spent - the year of Robinho and Dimitar Berbatov to Man City and Man Utd respectively - but this year is running it close. After £225m was spent in January, we have already seen nearly £400m spent this summer, and some big deals could yet go through before the end of play today. Anyone betting against this being the most expensive year in Premier League history?

Manchester City striker Craig Bellamy has reportedly completed a medical at Liverpool.


According to reports on Goal.com, the fiery Welshman has opted to rejoin his former club, after being made surplus to requirements at Eastlands.



Bellamy had been locked in talks with a number of clubs, with Queens' Park Rangers apparently leading the pursuit of the 32-year-old. However, it transpires that following the £4 million sale of striker David N'Gog, Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish has turned his attention to the one-time kop hero.

No thanks, rather not bother with Bellemy, a decent player but rather have the striker place go to a unproven youngster.
