It's not going to happen. He wouldn't do it now and like this. He most likely will in the summer though.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

Fuck!

Can you give us any detail Mark?

Is the club close to agreeing a fee with Chelsea?

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

Fuck it. If he wants to leave, he can leave...for £50m. And then I hope he breaks his both legs.
If is the key word though. *Prays*

Thanks.

This is all making me hate Torres and football in general.

So I wonder if Patrick Barclay was right and whether Suarez was a replacement for Torres all along?

I'm still shocked this is going down in Jan.

Can't we just take out a large insurance policy and have Poulsen break him in training?

I still refuse to believe it. But regards him leaving he really owes us no loyalty, I wont declare him a traitor.....he left his home town club to join us in the first place to win trophies at club level. That hasn't really worked out.
He'd get directly back into he champions league this season was he to join chelsea. To me it makes no sense as chelsea (in my eyes) will be rebuilding this summer as we will be hopefully and domestically both clubs will have the same goals heading into next season. Champions league football has to be the key for him if it is indeed true.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

Have to feel sorry for Suarez. That bedding in period that he would have normally been afforded is out the window, the pressure unfortunately for the lad is on.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

Those bloody Chavs.
First trying to break our hearts with those multiple Gerrard sagas and now this.
Fernando deserves success and if he wants to go we should probably not force him to stay, but let's get as much money as possible for him.
Oh, and I will never wish him success at Chelsea.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

Jon Fox- I have been the most fanatically steadsfast and resolute guardian of the temple of "Fernando Shall Not Leave (Especially To Chelsea)" there has been.

I've argued the toss with anybody that dared to be so blasphemous as to utter anything negative about our Nando.

But, right now, I'm so done in about it. I feel like a Mogwai that's been shown too much telly.
