Look....I want him to stay... undoubtedly!
But in these days of player power your being terribly gullible if you think that some of our players wouldn't walk away from the red shirt given a better chance at silverware or more money (jesus, stevie nearly did it)! I wish it wasn't true, but it is so suck it up!
And the fact he left his home town club for trophies with us is a major factor in saying that he could easily walk out on us even if he does indeed love the club!!
But this club will be here long after anyone who thinks they are bigger than it, thats why im not that pissed off and why i can sort of see fernandos reasons. Obviously I hope he wins fuck all and the timing of it is fucking nuts!!

I'm not being gullible. I know the greed of modern footballers. I'm calling a player who declares himself a Red by wearing an armband that has YNWA on it...you do know the words of the song?
