Torres gone. Scum gone to more scum

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

We can call him a traitor, we can call him b*tch or whatever, but when push comes to shove he came here to win trophies and he's won Jack Shit.
Wasted is a strong word so I'll refrain from using it but this is his fourth season and he's been promised time and time again that they'll invest and strengthen the team. To little to late I guess.
We're not playing in the CL and we're far from playing there next season.
So what's exactly keeping him here?

"Long live the King" (Kenny)
"God save the Queen" (Torres)

To be honest the more you think about it the less you, well I certainly, want him to stay. If this is true the timing is a disgrace and I don't want him talked round.

This is what I've been working up to convince myself of for about 8months

I can't get her to sing the Gerrard song. That's not suitable for a 6 year old lass.

The word Suarez is going to slot easily into the vacancy left by the word Torres though. She'll soon forget, at 6.

Agreed, but it's not looking good.

We have a massive job on our hands if we're going to convince him to stay. Or get a absurd amount of cash to reinvest in the squad.
We don't have to convince him to stay. He committed himself to the club at the start of the season and the start of the window. Everyone expected him to leave in the summer anyway and no one would have grudged him for it. However, angling for a move 2 days before the window ends (3 weeks after he'd committed himself to the club) and on the very day the club has smashed its transfer record is Grade A cunt-ish behaviour.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

Fuck the moany wanker. He has been shit for a while now, bar the last couple of games. If he doesnt want to join the Once and Future King, he can fuck off to Mordor and suck Sauron's cock.

That absurd amount of money won't be much good to us with 3 days of the window left.

"So you want to leave Nando?"

"Si"

"Go and fuck a duck, you're here til the summer"
The 50 mill clause is activated in the summer, and if Chelsea offer above that now we'd have to consider it. I'm not saying we should accept, but it should be considered.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

If he wants to go then let him go.

Nuff said.

Indeed so.

Her present: TORRES STAYS!

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

Anelka. Our answer is Anelka, they can give us £40mill and him. I think he'd want to come too.

And they can shove Torres where The Lying Rag doesn't shine.

Like I said I've been preparing myself for him to leave for a while and the minute he does I'm gonna start preparing myself for Reina leaving cos you know that's next. I bloody hate Spanish footballers, all of them.

i totally accept that he's been disappointed by winning nothing, but what i don't understand is that chelsea offer barely more chance of trophies than we do. they might not even make the CL ffs! their best players are over 30, and even if abramovich agrees to another massive splurge it's extremely unlikely to bear immediate fruit like it did under mourinho.

i could understand if it was barcelona, or even arsenal. but i can't understand chelsea, and especially not even being willing to give us until the summer.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

Re: Anelka

He's 31, he's got a couple of years in him. Either way, we have three days of the window left, he's an experienced PL player who can slot right in.

Of course we should look for a more long term solution come the summer.

Anelka?

I really, really hope not. That'll be our... wait for it.... Waterloo.

*winks*

Torres stays. That's better.

Maybe sky have bribed everyone on twitter to run with the story so they'll have something to talk about on deadline day?

Yep it's baffling if he wants to go there. I've always had an impression he really hates them too(like mancs).

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

And I don't think he'd go to City. The Bitch wants to go to Chelsea.

It'll be the wages. They'll be making him the highest-paid player in football, certainly English football. Maybe they've added a rider that the wages go down if he doesn't force us to let him go this month.

Ha, there is actually a rumour about City wanting him. Offering 70 mill + Johnson.

Probably bollocks though
