Torres gone. Scum gone to more scum

Tevez being a cunt, Rooney being a cunt (and it being forgotten about in a matter of days), and now this...

I'm not gonna saying anthing harsh about him until he actually goes.... let's remember Stevie wanted to go too at one point. Different circumstances I know, but let's see what happens eh?
If this is true, I'm not sure the circs.are that different TBH. Chavski move in and turn a player's head with what no doubt is an outrageous offer when they sense he may be discontented. Let's hope it ends the same way.

Perhaps he made it clear that he wanted to leave a while back and we already have a replacement in line *WISHFUL THINKING*
Or he made it clear he wanted to leave a while back and we've just signed his replacement.

If he chooses to leave now, I'll despise him forever.

BrianDurand56:The buy-out clause (£50m) does not come into effect until summer. #Torres

Sod you Torres sit tight until the summer.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

Let's hope Torres is only pulling a Rooney/Tevez.

I'm not even sure I'm going to forgive him even if he stays.

i wish people would stop wimping on about crying or weeping about footy players. makes you all sound like pussies.

rage is the appropriate emotion.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

Really, we should tell Torres to fuck off. If we're going to sell him, we're very fucking well going to sell him to the highest bidder. Not like we get to lose anything by him being unhappy. It's unlikely his value will go down. If anything, 6 months with Suarez will only push his price further up. Also, it'd be far better if the likes of Barca get involved so we can have a proper bidding war.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

I can't believe this. Me and my little girl, who is 6 today, sing the Torres song together. She loves him. I love him. He's not going and that's fucking that.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

Actually, the Rooney/Tevez and especially Gerrard references have made me believe we can still persuade him to stay. Stevie should tell him how much he loves him.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

I'd like to think our hard-nosed American businessmen owners will just say no and make him stay until the summer. Forget the supposed rulebook of always letting a player go if he no longer wants to stay. Make the Owen-esque traitor play in the reserves every week to show him how much bigger Liverpool Football Club is than any player. And if he refuses to play, fine him his wages. Then he's not costing us anything anyway.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

A lot of bad things being said about him here, considering there are no quotes from him yet saying he wants to go

Luckily for me, my lad has just recently grown out of the two shirts he had with Torres on.

That's why everyone is saying 'IF' he leaves.

Very seldomly does a player say that publicly.

In fact they'll say fuck all, and have someone pen a nice goodbye letter thanking us for the memories.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

I can't believe Torres would pull this on the club, his teammates, us, the fans?

I've been wrong before but something tells me he's just not that type of person. Going to a rival club when the club needs togetherness the most?

And the Chavs? No flippin' way. Not going to happen.

Torres stays. And scores shitloads alongside Suarez.

*IF he should leave Sheik's kid and everyone else who's stuck with a Torres-shirt should get an instant re-fund and an apology from someone.

Agreed, but it's not looking good.

We have a massive job on our hands if we're going to convince him to stay. Or get a absurd amount of cash to reinvest in the squad.

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

Firstly.

The club have said he's not for sale. Now I know that doesnt mean much these days but Im going to pretend it does in this instance, regardless of how much he wants to leave.

Secondly. WHAT.THE.FUCK.

I suppose the chance for silverware means more to him than immortality within LFC.

Which is fair enough on some level I suppose

He'll be a cunt for leaving us in the lurch. It also makes me question whether we'd ever have bid more than £12m for Suarez if this hadnt been brewing for a while, we practically doubled our bid.

I can't get her to sing the Gerrard song. That's not suitable for a 6 year old lass.

The only thing with that Times story that reeks of bullshit, is the Sturridge link.

That was a RH target.

That absurd amount of money won't be much good to us with 3 days of the window left.

"So you want to leave Nando?"

"Si"

"Go and fuck a duck, you're here til the summer"

Re: Torres - Chelsea 35mil Bid turned down

To be honest the more you think about it the less you, well I certainly, want him to stay. If this is true the timing is a disgrace and I don't want him talked round.
