Yeah, truer words never spoken and all after hearing great numbers of posters who should know much better claiming they'd be lucky to make top 4.
Having said that this game is an absolute piss take; Blackburn may not be quite as poor as West Ham were last week but they're not far off. As I speak Berbatov has just scored his fifth and their 7th.

To start with they've been having plenty of injury problems themselves but, apart from that, the most expensively assembled team in history still can't catch them either, Arsenal are hanging on to their boot laces and a very good Spurs team is also watching them from well behind.
We can sit here and come up with all the excuses and theories in the world but the simple fact remains that there are some very good teams in England and Europe who aren't getting close to them right now - after they were written off by a large majority of "experts".

Not withstanding what I said earlier, that's unexpected.
I'd still expect them to get over the barcodes though - there's more than enough quality in that team to do it.
