I know it was never the greatest boozer but it seems to have hit a new low.
I was there before the game on Sunday arriving at half twelve.
It was busy but I was able to get a round fairly handy.
However when my lad, who was with me, tried to get the next one in he stood at the bar for fifteen minutes while the few staff behind the bar swanned around doing fuck all. it was the same for the other punters too it seemed.
We left and swore we would never go back.
I also noticed the last few times when I was over that there didn't seem to be any of the regulars from here about and little Bobby said back in December that a lot of his mates had already taken up residence in another bar
So where does the match goers frequent these days?
And what is the best pub local to Anfield?
Just somewhere with half decent beer and half decent service would be nice actually
