of course he has , he's not a very good passer , he doesn't know how the lift his head, he's not a team player at all . I hate him and i don't even enjoy watching him play ...he's the ultimate modern footballer ..big , fast , athletic and knows how to whack these new 'beach' footballs . He doesn't have the finesse of the true greats , zidane , cruyff, maradona, messi , platini , laudrup etc etc .
On a side note , the spanish league is a joke , it's disgraceful how easily barca and madrid win games . Pity the prem seems to be going like that for united and city !!

Both Ronaldo's and Messi's stats are unreal but La Liga has never before been as uneven as it is now so comparisons with former greats on goals and assists alone is pointless.

In the same time frame Messi has scored 104 goals in 111 games. 38 assists.
Both unbelievably impressive but Messi, in terms of build up play, movement, effort, and more impressive stats easily beats Ronaldo in my view.

He's a fantastic player. Easily one of the best in the World. Comparing him unfavourably to players from the past because of factors like the ball being lighter etc means nothing really because Ronaldo is still top of the game at the time he is playing it.
