Steve Clarke.

Shrewed bit of buisness by the club bringing this man in as first team coach.
Respected by everybody that has worked with him.
I know Kenny is the deciding factor in our revival but surely this man is due some kudos.

I agree Steve Clarke seems to be a great No. 2. The supportive kind who has the ability to keep the manager on track and handle each player in the right way. Rafa Benitez' downfall seemed to date from the time that Paco Ayesteran left the club.

I read a story somewhere that Jose Mourinho is trying to tempt Clarke to Real Madrid, which is worrying.

He's not forgotten, a fair number of the lads have mentioned him and given him due credit. Our defensive solidity is down to him.

Kenny was quite clever getting him on board so that was a masterstroke.

As for Mourinho trying to poach him, no chance. He has signed a 3 year deal if memory serves me right. I do speak under correction though.

Clarke's a Mourinho lickspittle with a 25 year association with Chelsea,one of the shittest clubs in the world.

He's got fuck all to do with LFC, and has achieved fuck all without his tongue firmly inserted in Jose's rectum.

Plus Dalglish does want the job long-term, and again it isn't worth arguing the point because he does.
