Does this Oblak to Liverpool thing exist anywhere other than in the minds of fans?
Everyone will have a much more relaxing summer when they accept that Karius will be No. 1 next season, that we’re offering Klavan & Moreno contract extensions and we won’t be selling Solanke.
We’ll be spending big on Fekir, Neves & Pulisic- and that will probably be it.
Neves said yesterday he wants to stay at Wolves.Does this Oblak to Liverpool thing exist anywhere other than in the minds of fans?

Oblak himself has strongly hinted he wil be on the move this Summer and there are only a few clubs that could afford him so it's no surprise we are in the frame since it's obvious we need a better keeper than Karius is at this moment in time.Does this Oblak to Liverpool thing exist anywhere other than in the minds of fans?

Yeah we'll see how much he wants to stay when he's offered triple wages, and to be in the frame to actually win something major, elsewhere.Neves said yesterday he wants to stay at Wolves.

Free the Neves One!Yeah.... of course he does.
The best thing about the current squad is there isn't a huge 'dead wood' list
That's the joy of only having a 16-man squad.
That's the joy of only having a 16-man squad.
Oh, we have had sixteen man squads with plenty of dross before. That's the joy of only having a 16-man squad.
Shaqiri epitomizes the type of an attacking player I particularly dislike: one who ends a lot of his team's attacking moves by taking low-percentage long-range shots and making other decisions that, when successful, make him look good and make highlight reels, but when not (which is most of the time) simply waste his teammates' efforts. Also one who instead of working on diversifying his game is content to let it fall into predictable patterns, such as cutting in and shooting whether the situation calls for it or not. This kind of player is an absolute killer of efficiency and teamwork and so it's little wonder that the team where Shaqiri has been the leader and best player got relegated.
And of also having a manager who rarely buys dross.
Oh, we have had sixteen man squads with plenty of dross before.
Anderlecht hoping to make Lazar Markovic's loan move from Liverpool permanent
Anderlecht want to make permanent Lazar Markovic's loan spell from Liverpool.
Markovic, who hasn't made an appearance for the Reds in more than three years, has been on loan at the Belgian side since January.
The 24-year-old played just 20 minutes during his first two months at Anderlecht because he was deemed too unfit having made the bench just once for the Liverpool first team this season.
But since the start of April, Markovic has been playing an integral part in the end-of-season play-offs to determine the Belgian champions, with Anderlecht two points off leaders Club Brugge with three games remaining.
And a report in Belgian news outlet HLN has claimed Anderlecht are now keen on taking the attacking midfielder on a permanent basis, with the player, out of contract at Liverpool in the summer of 2019, happy to pursue an agreement.
Liverpool are leading the race to sign Porto’s Diogo Leite this summer
Porto are determined not to lose the 19-year-old centre-back, who is also a target for Arsenal and Manchester City, but Liverpool have been impressed with the youngster’s performances for the Portuguese side’s B team this season and have made their interest in him clear.
Reports in Portugal have suggested that Arsenal are prepared to meet Leite’s €15m release clause this summer, but Anfield is his likeliest destination at the moment. Liverpool are building a strong reputation for developing young talent under Jürgen Klopp and that could help them steal a march on Arsenal and City. If the deal is completed they plan to send the defender out on loan next season to ensure that he plays regular first-team football.
A host of Premier League scouts were present at the Emirates Stadium as Leite helped Porto win their Under-23 meeting with Arsenal on Tuesday night.
