All I want is a triple/quadruple signing unveiling complete with baggy home and awaykit adorned, not seen since the days of Ged.

At least 2, no? I’m not counting Bradley who played further forward last season for Bolton and if Ramsey is loaned out we only have Trent and Gomez (who many of us would like to be sold).

Did Bradley okay further forward for Bolton? That wouldn’t be a problem if he were replacing Trent - it would just mean Bradley would offer the overlap instead of the midfielder, who would have to hold a deeper position.

Van den Berg can also play RB, I think?

Gomez, as you mentioned and I’m sure Fabs has played RB before and Hendo could, in theory fill in there too if he’s the new Milner.

I wouldn’t be wasting our limited resources in that area.

I really think we need to loan him out for the season - coming back from a long-term injury is hard, but he will need to play through it and he won’t get the minutes here.

I like Bradley and hopefully he’ll impress Klopp in pre-season. But we still need to buy a RB IMO.

Ramsay has the potential to be a Trent hybrid in terms of the midfield role I think. He has an excellent range of passing and is creative. From the few cameos he has had for us he was very comfortable on the ball.

A year out on loan playing week in week out would be the best thing for his development.

Remaining players on the list of possible targets
Kone - Appaz Jorg is speaking to his son.
Viega - According to a Mirror Journo we lead the pack
Thuram - No further update
Now this guy... I don't believe it. He chose Real Madrid over us, doubt Klopp wants someone whose first choice isn't Liverpool

Just depends how you look at it, imo it builds loyalty if an employee has been somewhere they hated before coming to you. They appreciate it that much more but does it translate at all to young millionaire footballers?

Seems sensible to throw in an offer for Tchouameni right now. We’ve scouted him extensively, like him, and Madrid are about to blow a fortune on Jude. It’s the right time to check before moving on to other targets.

I dont think its a transfer that can happen this summer but in a year or two there will probably be an offer so big that the club would have to consider it.

100 mill + for him next summer and the smart move would be to accept.

It could easily happen this summer, especially if they bid 100m. The only concern is have a got a list for potential RW replacements?

No it can't, I'd even go as far to say it's impossible.

Arabia aint ever paying a transfer fee for a player applying in trade, it's basically against the law there.

He most likely will go there in 2 years.

I think it could, he is adored in the Arab world. He has nothing left to prove, and a £200m a year 5 year contract might turn his head.

Is it? How could it be? Surely that just scuppers the whole idea of transfers in football. And if they're actively trying to push themselves as a serious footballing nation, then that would need to be changed

He wont move there this summer. I dont think thats even a possiblity.

what’s your reasoning? he’s not going to beat Haaland as top scorer, we’re not in the CL and it would be a minor miracle if we win the league after this seasons performances.

Left footed right forwards of a high level are really tough to find currently aren’t they? If someone offered crazy money like £150m we should probably do the deal. We could get Raphina and Adama Traore for less than half of that. .

Adama would cost 200m - so focus on Raphina

He's 30. A move to that league wont happen now. It would be extremely surprising if he was even the slightest interested.

I'd bet he thinks we will improve next season and fight for trophies again.

All jokes aside. Chiesa is rumored to want a transfer away from Juve. 35-40 mill. He's 25 and can play on both sides and is left footed.
Before his injury I would have loved to sign him. If he's back to his best that would be one of the better alternatives.

Chiesa was on my mind, but his injuries make me weary

Dunno tbh, probably lol. They hate everything western world....why have they only gone after virtually every high profile free transfer and not shelled out even a penny to negotiate with any clubs?

Brennan Johnson is the way.

I'm sold.

Look at the ease at which he's transitioned from L1 to the Prem.....back to back to back. 22 Years old. Big future ahead of him. Hard working, physical enough, rapid as anything.
