I think people will clap in utter jubilation he and Naby are gone. Whilst I could see Ox becoming an ambessodor for the club, Naby hopefully won't set a foot in Merseyside again
I'd be happy enough if he signed for Everton
Turan and at least one winger from the Spanish league. Simao and one other but I can't remember his name, although I think he played for Betis until he was around 39.
Koopenmeiners for a CDM does score quite a few goals, probably why there is interest in him. Mount has a total of 5 goal contribution this season, and wants £200k/w

I doubt we'll let Gomez leave. He's a home grown quota filler.

Well the reality is we need to bring in money from somewhere (usually players sold) if we want to bring in the players we want to bring.
It's the other way around.
You can have a squad of 25 players over 21
All players over 21 must be registered
Under 21s do not.
Of which a maximum of 17 can be not home grown.
I mean you could get rid of Gomez, but he's a squad filler.
Europe is a bit different. I think you need 4 squad trained home grown players.
Robertson is not home grown either. Its English FA only.
Strictly speaking I am not sure we need to have any do we? But it means relying on U21 players as we can only have 17 foreign players.
I think the 'homegrown' players we have in the main squad now are Kelleher, Henderson, Milner, Gomez, Phillips, Trent and Ox. There is a fair chance that any of those could leave other than Trent, but I am guessing that Jones would need to join the main squad next season (not sure on this, or if there are others in the same situation).
On the other side of things though, we lose Keita, Firmino, Arthur and possibly Adrian, Matip and Thiago so we have plenty of room for more foreign players too.

Obvs you could have 8 squad which meets the same criteria.
All 8 could be youth. But you need to register them in the squad of 25.

Would rather take Lincoln Henrique, literally plays anywhere and scores goals (LB, RB, LW, RW, CM and CAM). He wouldn't be the first on my list but he would be ahead of an AFC reject
