Yeah, I reckon 17m would be a reasonable price to offer and an acceptable one as well. Probably why someone has come up with it as a rumour cause it sounds reasonable which, paradoxically, is why it's almost certainly an unsubstantiated piece of gossip. These kind of sales never have reasonable offers.
