TheLFCTestament Lewis Cubbin
As of 3pm this afternoon (GMT), Liverpool had tabled an offer which Ajax had regarded as "suitable" in earlier enquiries.

edit:

There's no "but" or "however", that is all I have been told. If you were following last night, I did say this source wasn't the best.

I've no clue what you mean, because they don't at all serve the same purpose.

What has hurt internet forums a bit are smart phones, because contributions are shorter and shorter. It's only certain forums though.

Re: Suarez paves the way for Anfield switch as Babel nears the exit door

Has a transfer thread ever past 40 pages before a players signed and the transfer went through?

Re: Suarez paves the way for Anfield switch as Babel nears the exit door

I just really don't see it that way. I've been using message boards since the dawn of the internet, and they were basically a place to access a specific conversation/discourse/specific interest/expertise and learn and participate with others. Tweets are designed for the quick dissemination of small pieces of information and comments. I've read many really involved posts on forums that are better, more instructive, more informative, more interesting than anything available through normal channels. You don't get that on twitter.

I don't come here to get news. There's no news on here that isn't available through some other channel first.

Apart from the percentage updates, of course.
