Have you ever played football? When someone whacks you from behind they can give a dead leg or anything else. He positioned himself, the other player then choose to come in and whack him from behind.

It's not cuntish behaviour, it's called football and protecting the ball. How do you know how hurt he was? Agenda much...

It's not always the power behind the tackle that causes the pain.

Sometimes the innocuous can cause more pain. Like stubbing your toe. I'm not saying you're wrong, but you can't prove you're right!
 
Spitting is less violent and less physical than biting someone. I think its a cultural thing, though.
If someone bites you, you might shove him and go "wtf?", if someone spits on you, you might challenge him to a duel.

Cantona-esque? IMO that's massively over hyping what Suarez did. Granted the penalty for both wasn't far apart but the acts were poles apart. All IMO of course.
 
You can only measure whether pitting or biting is worse if the perpetrator is one of the zombie undead. Suarez clearly isn't as he as a healthy glow to his complexion. Thus biting is thus worse.

A player who's fouled another player helping him up? Hmm you've definitely never played football! They do that to try and underplay he could. What about the little cunt who tries to drag him up?

I'm not arguing your second point though, but that doesn't mean everything he does is cuntish.

I actually have less of a problem with what Cantona did, than I do with what Suarez did. And I have an enormous problem with what Cantona did.

I say again, he BIT somebody. That's what 4 year olds get in trouble for. Not grown men.

I know they're both assault. And if somebody did either to me, I'd be dug out of him. But one is the act of sinking your teeth into another human being - It's the stuff of animals. For me, it's far worse. And spitting is just about as low as it gets, by the way.

He's been acting a cunt all summer. In that game I didnt notice much tbh bar his brilliance.
Hopefully he'll give us one more fantastic season and help us get 4th before fucking off.

you have less of a problem with a professional athlete kicking a spectator in the head than a pro biting a fellow pro he is competing against? fellow pros have been known to punch each other, head-butt each other, stamp on each others heads and grab testicles. All of it is not nice but falls into the category of ungentlemanly conduct and you're really splitting hairs when trying to distinguish them.

Assaulting spectators, the people who pay your wages and sustain the game, is probably as low as it gets.
