I can't disagree overly. It just depends if you feel like the wildcard aspect of our team should be the right back
It says a lot that our best performing team has Trent at right back, but so does our worst performing team, it's a crazy situation.I can't disagree overly. It just depends if you feel like the wildcard aspect of our team should be the right back
Not for me. It’s Bradley all day long.Bradley vs Trent will always remain an impossible debate for me. People on this forum properly underappreciate Trent, he's an utter engima of a player. It's true we are a much more stable, and comfortable side with Bradley in the team, but the extra angle Trent gives is always noticeable when he's out in my eyes. Harsh on Connor for sure, he's a great prospect becoming a great player, but Trent is truly generational.
and width. Fucking width on the right has been so lacking for a whileNot for me. It’s Bradley all day long.
Trent is a magnificent footballer. He is right up there with Suarez in terms of ability albeit different ability.
The issue with Trent is he needs three players to cover so much extra to facilitate Trent to do what he does best. We won’t get that from Salah and it will have long term impacts on Konate and Gravenberch.
Bradley doesn’t need so much cover. Is no nonsense. He will also get better. Looking at the team as a whole unit Bradley gives stability, fire and still provides some drive, assists and goals.
It comes down the simple fact we don’t need need that extra sparkle from Trent anywhere near as much as we need the defensive side of Bradley which is miles and miles and miles ahead. It’s no contest for me.Bradley vs Trent will always remain an impossible debate for me. People on this forum properly underappreciate Trent, he's an utter engima of a player. Weirdly our most successful spell in the last half century coincides with Trents emergence into the team, so nah, that's bullshit mate.It comes down the simple fact we don’t need need that extra sparkle from Trent anywhere near as much as we need the defensive side of Bradley which is miles and miles and miles ahead. This style doesn’t need this version of Trent.
