Spur a thought for Tottenham...

I used to live in London and still visit occasionally. Never heard anyone talking like that

Im also black born and bred in east london but moved out on london about 15 years ago, I have to say people DO talk like that, I didnt notice people talking like that as I was growing up as a young kid in Stratford but I recently returned to London for the first time in years and I noticed more and more people talking like that lol. Even as a black guy myself sometimes cant understand what some are saying...I dont see it as a bad thing though its intresting. Ironically, I have many people mention how they cant stand the Liverpool accent, how much it grinds on them to hear it lol

NOW I UNDERSTAND! Watching Spurs fall apart has helped me to understand what Liverpool have been doing for the past few years, every few months or so after Klopp signed I would see another article announcing how the club had got a player to renew their contract. I didnt get it at the time...? I mean why are we getting the likes of Lovren to resign, why is Roberston getting a new contract after just joinng the club etc. But seeing Spurs fall apart like this now shows how smart we were/are and how foolish Spurs are. If you constantly reward your players as they develop and improve you keep them happy. Spurs thought they could pay these guys the minimum, that was okay when they were a developing up and coming team but Spurs have been an established team for nearly a decade. Now its coming back to haunt them, a lot of their players probably want out because of a feeling of not feeling valued.

Even our own Stevie G needed an arm around the shoulder and a new contract when we won it in 2005, even he had his head turned because Mourinho had tapped him up and because the club hadn't given him enough value.

When I see out lads they look happy, not just because of Klopp but also because the club has taken the time to pay increase their pay when they show progress.

I think its a little too late for these group of Spurs players, Tripper left in the summer because he wasn't valued and now is thriving at Atletico Madrid. Spurs are going to have to increase wages and bonuses and/or sell quite a few stars and start again. They are still a bloody dangerous team to play against but you feel now that even if they get a two-goal lead once you get at them they just fall apart.

No harm in 'Sleeping'. Now if he was caught fucking her...

Spurs on the other hand .. look royally fucked. When do we play them ? Or United ?

The next league lot of fixtures - Leicester, Scum then spuds.

Hopefully, we can get 9 points. Leicester will be the hard one, I fully expect us to beat United and do Spurs....in fact if we can stay unbeaten until we play City then that sets us up for a good title run. If we can manage that including beating city then I think that is a massive boost mentally.

That would put us on 19 consecutive Premier League wins. Then I’ll watch the fume have a full on meltdown.

I don't see us making it through those unscathed.
The tougher two games are at Anfield and United at OT. If United and Spurs continue on their current trajectories then Leicester will be the toughest game and we'll still start favourites regardless. Of course the Law of Averages will come into play sooner or later but there's no reason we can't get past these three (and then Villa).

No manager is allowed to be sacked until we gettum sacked. I'd love Poch to be added to the list for the craic, even though I have a sneaking like for him.
