Injured my foot playing indoor soccer two weeks ago and still suffering. I'd usually just give it a decent rest but frustrating not being able to do anything on it, especially since im paying $45 a month on a gym membership.
Is swimming, good/bad for it? I Wanted to go skiing this weekend and that could be torture if I go over on it again.
Anything to speed up recovery or is time my only healer?
