I don't reckon his English is all that fluent yet.

He posts shit from a facebook account that's linked to his twitter. Most of the offical twitter accounts of lfc players follow him like.

Unbelievable deal!

Ovacion confirms that the 20-year-old is a "new Beatle", after the Reds agreed to raise their transfer offer to meet former club Nacional's valuation of the starlet. Liverpool will pay the Uruguayans £4.9 million for their star, in a transfer that as requested by Nacional does not involve any third-parties or intermediaries.

The completion of negotiations was confirmed by Nacional vice-president Hector Olmos, who also assured that the youngster had received permission to work from the UK authorities.

"There were moments of tension [during talks], but as civilised people we finished them well," the official told Nuevo Tiempo, before laying any worries over the work permit to rest.

"[Liverpool] took care of it today. They went to London and completed the necessary paperwork so that he can play"

Yeah, "Coats" will do just fine. To be honest i don't get why people get all hysterical about how to or how not to pronounce a Footballer's name...like who really gives a shit?

Aslong as he does the business on the pitch and all that.

On my phone so can't see (who am I, themn?) but did milankakabaros sort a Vid yet. He's prob at home with his finger on the upload now button waiting for the deal to be confirmed.

Some commentator went slightly overboard the other day. Forget exactly how he said it, but I remember thinking it was close to courvoisier.

It's on the official.

Liverpool have confirmed the signing of Uruguay international Sebastian Coates on a long-term contract.

The 20-year-old completed his transfer from Nacional after passing a medical and securing a work permit earlier today.

Coates will now link up with his international teammates ahead of their friendly in Kiev on Friday night.

Bad news for those who "won't believe signings until they're holding a Liverpool scarf". Not a scarf in sight I'm afraid.
