Sakho to be cleared by UEFA?

If this is true, and he's not in the French squad when previously he was just about certain to be part of it, he should sue their bollocks off.

Yup, that, and as Hansern mentioned on sponsorship, should result in a massive fucking lawsuit ... Sakho should accept no monetary compensation, but an automatic place for Liverpool in the Champions League ... Once they accept, we should tell Goetze to fuck off.

Having read a couple of articles I don't think this is in any way over - despite the spin in them.

Sakho took the fat burner - no question.

His defence is that it shouldn't be on the Wada list - presenting medical evidence that states the substance doesn't enhance performance. (Why was he taking it then ?)

UEFA are clearly instructing their own experts and until they're sure of where they stand on Sakho's defence the sensible option is to not extend the ban.

He shouldn't be in the French squad since he plays for Liverpool country

I'm now worried I'm thinking like you

He should sue for missing the final and use their own marketing for it against them.

Pat yourself on the back ....

However, UEFA has decided not to extend that suspension, which is due to expire on Saturday, as it has launched its own investigation into whether the fat-burning substance the centre-back took should even be on the banned list.

As a result, the case against Sakho remains on file pending those investigations, but with his suspension lifted he is technically available for selection by national team boss Didier Deschamps.

I get the rest of your post, and agree with it.

But that bit is odd, Maybe he was taking it because he genuinely felt it would burn fat rather than enhance performance?

Meldonium showed that WADA don't really have a clue sometimes. The same in this case. Maybe they should study the effects before they put it on the list. Would be a very good idea.

Do you not think one equals the other ?
