How would people feel if we were retrospectively awarded the league? I dunno would I want to 'win' it like that. I really hope stans don't go off now an get a petition going.

I wouldn't want to win it like that, but I'd take it! Although I can see people spending whole summer campaigning for it to happen.

How did it take a hacking of private emails for this to be uncovered? UEFA if incompetent or corrupt, or both.

As mcgregor would say, uefa will do fuckin nuttin. That's what they'll do.
Uefa will send city a letter written in the style of an 8yr old saying they're banned from the champions league next season, city will then threaten them with some legal letters from the worlds most expensive lawyers who are far smarter than the uefa lawyers, then uefa will shit itself and say they can find no signs of wrongdoing and that will be that.
Uefa couldn't find fuck all originally in city's books as their accountants are too smart for them, this only came to light as they were breached and then could see it in writing what they were upto. City will do the same this year and every year, uefa aren't smart enough to be able to look at city's books properly obviously. They can afford far smarter accountants and lawyers than uefa the mugs.

They'll meet in some nonsense middle ground somewhere with either a fine or a suspended suspension.

UEFA don't have the balls to do it. They'll pretend they're coming down hard but give them a light punishment.

Sounds like they hired someone from the WhiteHouse as new spokesman.

After the Iraq war he struggled to find a career that suited his talents until the spokesman for Man City job came up.

A single season ban would still be relatively meaningless. It should realistically extend until they can demonstrate complete financial transparency and full FFP compliance.
But like you all already have said, UEFA has no balls, and even worse lawyers.

Dantes has been quieter than usual. Has he taken up post as a UEFA lawyer?

DIdn't the same body find in favour of PSG saying that UEFA had not followed due process? If so I wonder if the same here - also read that there is a 5 year limit on prosecution and yesterday was 5 years to the date?

Could somebody explain why Man City would have grounds to take UEFA to court?

I thought UEFA's competitions were by invitation only. If they wish to exclude any team, they can, right?

Card counting?
Alone doesn't work. You need a betting strategy to go along with it. However any decent croupier or pit boss can spot a counter/strategist a mile away. So expect Dantes to be banned from Vegas in 5 .. 4 .. 3 ... 2 ... 1
