They are arguing amongst themselves about the 'Chosen One ' banner now. Apparently its all over twitter that its gonna be removed by force if need be!!
I never thought i would live to see this day, its been way too long!! May they continue to fall.

There'll be stewards there now with the sole purpose of stopping that banner coming down. Lol.

He's such a stubborn bastard, it's all his own undoing.

I couldn't be more delighted he's gonna ingrain that methodology onto the club and the players

Welcome to the new bitters

I did find this on there in a Suarez thread.

Hmmm, whilst I often laugh at some Rawk threads there are a lot of decent blokes over there. To favour a Manc forum over one of our own is twisted in the extreme.

I've never tried but it seems you can actually support a rival team (even Liverpool) and still engage in reasoned debate there.

On RAWK anything approaching a critical assessment of, say, Dalglish warrants a ban.
Of course there are good posters / whacks on both sites. It's just a general comparison.

I hope he has a nice little run and finishes fifth. He stays in charge and they get Europa shite to keep them busy and fuck up their Thursday evenings.

Interesting thread:

Will always be our biggest rivals and obviously that comes with a whole load of hatred but still as a opposition forum, a lot better than some the awful lot of the other ones I had a quick glance this season including Arsenal's, completely awful for the wrong reasons.

Are people reading this too? They're being civilized when discussing us ... "like watching them play" ... etc ... fuck, I'm selling all my stocks - the apocalypse must have started.

Nah, there's some nice & respectable ones tbh.

Dunno if it's been posted here, but some flowers were left at the Hillsborough flame on Monday, along with a sheet of paper with the Utd & lfc crest, saying something like 'it could have been any of us' RIP.

Signed 'the silent majority of Old Trafford'

Not only acknowledged some of their fans vitriol, but went out of their way to apologise.

There are many fans like that, just as there are many of our fans I see making abhorrent comments.

One of the most irritating things about RAWK is their ludicrous insistence on naming threads on certain players by listing all of their names, so a thread on Jordan Henderson becomes 'Jordan Brian Henderson'. They really think they're so cute, whereas in reality they are just twats.

I guess it's good if they're fairly tolerant but I'll never get why other fans want to go on there regularly. I'm more of the Shanks 'draw the curtains' mentality. I remember that weirdo asian manc Cal on KopTalk, who would be on practically every day inviting people to evaluate manc players. I couldn't give a toss then and I couldn't now.

Ah, the Ole approach!

I don't think it's totally about allegiances though.
Just got thrashed 3-6 at home, facing relegation and probably the sack.
Then some airhead reporter asks him whether Liverpool can win the league.
Probably wanted to make the point that he wad focused on Cardiff and nothing else.
Just didn't think about how petty it looks.

Or maybe I'm being too kind. Ah F him...

I didn't read RedCafe before this season, but I suppose the attitude of the posters this season and the seasons past would be very, very different. They can't really be smug and cocky right now given how things have gone, but if they get back into a good patch, I suspect you'll probably see the truer nature of the site. For starters, those who decided to take the season off will be back in droves to wax lyrical about how they've been supporting the club since they were a wee kid.

I'm enjoying the denial the Man U fans are going through. They seem to think this season is merely a hiccup and one that will be easily rectified with a major spending spree in the summer even though they still have significant debt and can look forward to a reduction in income. Of course, they will also no longer have the attraction of the champions league to attract the level of talent they need to overhaul their ageing squad. Only time will tell whether Moyes will be a success or not but I'm starting to think he's their Souness who's overseeing the start of many years of decline, frustration and anger for the Man Utd fans. I can't think of a larger bunch of cocky gobshites more deserving of it.

No, I think you're right. I actually did know Solskjaer was a Liverpool fan, but I thought macca's earlier mention of "ex-Red" referred to Cal. 😀
