How has that Drenthe turned out?

I remember him being a horrible cheating fuck, but he had a few skills and could play either LW or LB.

If he's not playing that much, but has managed to develop while he's there, then he might be worth a punt on the cheap?

I'm torn on Robben.

He deserves all the insults he receives without doubt, but there's such a shortage of world-class wingers and when fit, that is exactly what he is. A player of his ability could help us win the league, and right now that's all I want. I'd probably put everyone aside and take a punt.

Sneijder and VDV would also be interesting, but I don't reckon we'll be interested. Same with Higuain.

It's only a player moving to a club like. We beat United 4-1 at Old Trafford last season and there would have been no more than 3 or 4 threads on it. How many threads has Ronaldo got this week?

Err if Real have to sell to buy then surely they'd have sold first before sepending £150m odd on 3 players.

They don't have to sell, they are bankrolled by the merchandising and the Spanish banks.

erm, i dind't say they had to sell, I said in order to help finance the deal - reast assured that they are not going to just buy buy buy, regardless of ow well various castilliam insitutions look upon real, they WILL have to sell as well.

I don't know Rosco, but they are both massive players. Granted neither are anywhere near as marketable as Beckham but I'd imagine both will rake in the merchandise $$ for them, regardless of what Perez says.
