I must admit to being disappointed by Insua this season, I really thought he would step up to the mark.
Then I realised I was being a little unfair on the lad, the age he is, coming in from abroad and stepping up from the reserves like he has.
The last few games he has shown considerable improvement, and again last night, I am not sure if it was his best game, but not a bad one.
That said , defensively, and it doesn't say a lot for him, he is still the best recognised left back at the club
Froggy is now trying to justify his slamming by digging a bigger hole for himself.
If he looked at the other side of the pitch he would have seen a similar ,he was certainly no worse than our £18m right back, who I am all sure we could list a few skinnings for too.
I know this is all about opinions Frogster, but if you find yourself out of kilter with nearly everyone, there is usually a reason, step back and have a good think about it. Even Brendan probably his biggest critic has looked at relatively fairly.
There were a lot worse performances to worry about than Insua's, but rarely have I been so pleased with a goal.
Still, as has been said a win is a win.
