That was the worst thing about this match.

- Mascherano gave away a penalty.
- Torres disappeared after he fell out with the Ref
- We played Lucas and Insua, and we lost.
- We sat back and absorbed pressure when we were 2-1 down, with no great urge to win the game from the manager nor the players until 80 minutes.
- Substitutions came too late.

It's a script, it really is.

even today he looked more confident with the ball then a lot of the people on the pitch.
rafa goes with system and picks people for that system regardless of form. everyone knew kuyt and lucas would start this game even if babel and aqua had been fantastic on thursday (I know aqau didn't play) we all knew what the starting line up would be.

at manu you slump you get dropped. simple as that, and that is why they have a motivated squad.

Of course it doesn't mean we would or should of won today, but it proves that the set up Rafa used today has worked against them before, and by the way i thought Ferguson got the tactics spot on today with TWO holding players, therefore stopping Gerrard getting the ball as much and stop him finding Torres
