Its never nice to lose to Man U but this was a no nothing game intended to bank the club some cash. No conclusions can be drawn from 1 game, especially one where you have mainly kids out

It’s difficult to gauge how much money
Liverpool bring in from conducting pre-season tours in America and South East Asia, as FSG don’t reveal figures. However, Manchester United did reveal what they make on similar jaunts to the other side of the world.
"We normally receive a guaranteed fee for such tours," it was explained in United's official accounts for the 2019/20 season. "We also generate revenue from tour sponsorship opportunities sold to existing and new partners. During the 2019/20 season, our promotional exhibition games and promotional tours generated £12.9 million of revenue (excluding any related sponsorship revenue)."
It stands to reason that
Liverpool, given their stature and immense popularity in Asia, would command the same kind of figures as Manchester United, with nearly £13m in revenue not a number to be sniffed at. United are heading to Australia after Asia, it was also announced today.
