If often said.. you let squads get too old. You get the feeling that's the case now. With this squad.

Yup, it pains me to say it but unless we invest well in the summer, Klopp's last year at Dortmund will be a very real option for us ... an aging squad, dependent on two players for goals (assuming we keep Salah) and in an extremely competitive league (from 2-20) where even relegation threatened teams have a far far higher net spend ...

Twice this season a team goes down to 10 men early in the game and we fail to break down the defences. The only player who was trying to dribble was Curtis Jones when he came on the rest don't have any idea of how a through ball and movement works to break down two lines of defences.
Said that at HT. And it continued until we got Jones and Neco on. Neco does like to get to the touchline and has a good cross but I'm not sure I could have brought him on more than 20 mins from the end. Jones should have started ahead of Milner though, no question.
That miss by Mini Me though. Fucking hell.
If we can get 100 m illion for him AND re-sign salah for 4 years, I'd reluctantly do it.
We NEED to invest in 2-3 players who can improve our 1st 11. 2 CMs basically ... as the only one who deserves a spot is Fabinho.
