Passing completion of 80% for a CB is poor. Especially in a team like ours that builds from the back.

Considering his last two league starts averaged 65 and 74% I'd say he's improving in that aspect aswell.
Should be closer to 90%. If he cuts out the long balls going nowhere he'll be fine. 9 uncompleted isnt good enough vs Burnley.
Most in the first half due to them closing us down.

My point was, his defensive contribution was a 7. Only Skrtel made more clearances, won the same amount of aerial duels as Skrtel and only Hendo and Can had more touches on the ball. All 3 over 90. 80% or 90% passing average doesnt affect that he did his job defensively.
An improved performance overlooked as people have made up their minds about him.

Still, I want Sakho in there once he's fit obviously.
