Big wins for Spurs and Everton. Still think the Blueshite will fade away a bit after Christmas.
Lukaku has already begun his downward goal form, just as last year.

Mikel San Jose (remember him?) just scored for Bilbao. 4th goal from 7 starts. Impressive goalscoring record. His best return was 5 goals in 34 league appearances.

everton have 5 games now before playing us where they could easily take 12-15pts .
We need them to pick up some injuries , see how they cope .

I won't start a separate thread but what the fuck has happened AC Milan ? 27 points off juventus and 5 points off relegation, only a few years ago they were the pinnacle of the top clubs in Europe.. What went wrong ?

Berlusconi happened.

Not well, I suspect. Their bench today:
- Robles, Heitinga, Stones, Alcaraz, Osman, Naismith, Velios

An injury/suspension or two at the back especially would be very interesting. Of course, nobody really expected Flanagan to step in and do the decent job which he's done so far, and someone like Stones or Alcaraz could surprise people, but still, I'd fancy the odds of them faltering if one or two of their defenders get injured or suspended.

Everton have been very impressive.
I thought they'd suffer from Moyes departure, but looks like they got a more than adequate replacement in Martinez.
I expected them to suffer from Fellaini's departure, but they've actually strengthened their starting lineup and squad with the addition of Lukaku, Barry and McCarthy and the emergence of Barkley.
And they play like a team, a unit. They win at OT and Swansea. They outplay Arsenal at the Emirates. Only one defeat after 17 games.
Very impressive.

I think it was more that Berlusconi decided to stop pumping millions into the team.
Debt, bad signings and the revival of Juve.
Both Inter and Milan are pretty shit these days.

Watching Everton yesterday, they always looked in control against Swansea (no mean feat at their place) and the winner didn't flatter them. They are well in the hunt for a CL place.
