Very pleased to see Lucas dropped and Allen starting a game if that is the team. Would have liked to have seen Sakho come in for one of Agger/Skrtel
If Aspas and Alberto don't score tonight, Rodgers should call them on it in the press again tomorrow

Utterly baffling isn't it especially after slagging Agger off.
It's not surprising, he's changing the team around like crazy.
The midfield's been poor recently, and given Gerrard has demi-God status he was never going to drop him. I don't think Lucas and Allen can play in the same midfield either, so one has to give.
Also, as well as Lucas has played in some games (Everton being one) he can't last more than 60 minutes for whatever reason - which I've discussed at length in recent weeks already.
Well, someone has to be dropped. We're conceding a shitload of goals and our midfield is dysfunctional as fuck. I'd rather drop Lucas then Gerrard. Stevie has the highest number of key passes in the league and we need to score goals. Lucas has been poor and Allen deserves his chance.

From what I saw Fabio he did his fair share of wasting possession. Maybe he just contracted the disease from the rest of them.

Mad eh? So two of his signings are struggling with injury and that's a fair explanation why they haven't been figuring, Agger starts despite this so called attack by Rodgers on him in the press (where he doesn't even mention Agger), and Lucas gets dropped like everyone's been asking for recently.
Alot of criticisms have been leveled at him in recent days/weeks, most of it's explained or potentially remedied right there. I guess there will be something else to moan about though, like if we beat Norwich, I'm sure a few will be saying "so what". After all, our points record this calendar year consists of a few shit teams, we can't have that can we?
