Decent atmosphere for a change.
We didn't play that well, but with Coutinho behind Suarez, drawing people to him and helping by being actually good, we always have a chance. Nice to see Gerrard allowed to go further forward for a change (hint to BR: that's his best position). Glad Moses wasn't anywhere to be seen. Was surprised Sterling got another start. Still looks average. His decision-making is appalling at the moment. Hopefully he'll improve when he's grown up. Our midfield still worries me against better teams.
CB pairing still gash. Lost count of the times Skittles gave the ball away, and Agger is a frigging menace.
Any team with a decent forward line will give us problems. Worried about the games coming up after West Ham to be honest.
But an enjoyable win and just having Suarez is a privilege.
What a player. Best in the world? Probably.

I didn't say anything about him becoming a centreback. I just said he could be transformed as he's only 20 and appears to have the right attitude, which may include a little extra desire, being a local lad.

I do like his firm, crisp passing, usually seems to be at the right pace too.

You need to watch it again Fabs. Lots of links, as I said it was Pass, 1 Controlling Touch, Cross.
I've no doubt it was great wing play, but sterling made more effort to close. I thought so at the time, and I think so after replays

We even sang A Liverbird upon my chest last night! I love that chant and it doesn't get enough airplay from Liverpool fans. See I'm feeling better now I'm refreshed!

I'm quiffing because I couldn't be arsed to read the previous 564 posts . . . . .

But I just wanted to say that last night's match did Joe Allen no harm at all. He did Lucas's job much better than Lucas, showing more mobility and ability to pass the ball forward which was a bit of a relevation. 🙂

Yep, I thought both Allen & Henderson did well, the midfield had a bit more balance.

I said earlier though, it's hard I judge against a very poor Norwich team how effective that would be all the time though.
