Yet to be seen seeing how Manning is 27 even though I think that will remain true. But as a Giants fan I will be much happier with Manning then I would have been with Favre because Manning will win more.

It says something about a fan who rates GB's defense as 'daunting', even in their own place.
Next thing, the fan will tell me the Giants are the bestest team ever and should be ranked alongside the Patriots, Cowboys, Niners, Steelers and Pack as the greatest dynasty teams of all time.

Look at the stats for GB's defense last year. Look at their secondary (its widely considered the most talented in the league) top 10 in most defensive statistics last year.

What 'added pressure'? Very few picked them to contend for the Super Bowl, or play this way (even Assulin thought the season was over once that DE's ACL snapped). That's all the motivation they needed probably ...

the media pressure in New York is what he was talking about because it is by far the hardest place to play. Loosing Osi and Strahan should have crippled our defense. It didn't and I am so glad for that. I wasn't expecting this year. But the pressure of being un underrated super bowl champion isn't that little. They had to prove themselves.
I love the turnaround possibilities in the NFL. Matt Ryan is a stud - amazing QB. Its fun saying that about a rookie QB thats usually unheard of
