Back to Football, Cowboys have two rather winnable games coming up ... Hopefully, that gets us on a positive run.

I dunno Avy - He was a liabilty to your lot before he got into trouble again... I really don't know how much he helps you right now, he's THAT rusty after these two enforced lay-offs.

That said, you win these two games coming up, then split the final four, you end the season at 10-6. You're probably in with that record, and if in, you'll be as dangerous as anybody.

You lot and the Giants might play the polar opposite roles of last season, before this season ends.

I've been 'praying' for that ... The Gmen fans are so cocky right now, as the boys were pre the 1-4 run to end the season ... It would be 'poetic justice' if we got them in the playoffs as underdogs, they dominated us and we win ... It won't happen, but let me dream please.
 
We're doing okay, but bens good game/bad game thing is a bit hard to swallow.
We have the defence and in parker, ward and holmes we have the offensive weapons to go a long way, but it hinges on Ben getting his head right.
He was a disgrace against the giants, followed up by a 26/27 near perfect game.
Can we win it? No.
Can we help shape who does?
I think so.
 
Avram the reason I am cocky about the Giants right now is because Coughlin and the team aren't they go into every game fighting like they are underdogs they are so fun to watch playing like that.

I am sorry but there is a huge difference between Yankees fans and Giants fans and you just hate Giants fans because I am one. Just have fun duking it out with the 9ers, pretend its the 90s and youll get a ring after the game

Hmmm ... I went to high school in New York state during the most difficult time for Giants fans - dominance by Eagles, followed by Redskins, followed by the most dominating NFC East team in the division's history. They are of the same filth as Yankee fans and talk loudest when they're good, but come the slumps (which most good teams will go through), they shut up and moan ...
 
It's nice to see TO can actually still play football. Figures it would be against a former team that he'd remember he's still paid to do this.

Yeah, I keep thinking they're gonna move at some point... but they've only just gone to Ford Field not long ago. That said, they didn't sell it out for the first time this season which could be the beginning of the end.

They really are a mess. With #1 pick they should get Matthew Stafford. But they also need an o-line and an entirely new defence. It's a right royal fuck up. At least Matt Millen's gone.

Matt Cassel will be a free agent after this season. They'd be foolish not to make a play for him.
 
they should just trade for D. Anderson (Cleveland). Cassel looks like an ok QB, who's looking even better due to the system he's playing in.

I would have agreed earlier in the season but watching his last 2 games, you can see the improvement in his movement and he can make all the throws.

Anderson has gone backwards this year and is currently benched. Oh hang on, he did get some playing time today 3-11 36yds..............hmm
