Liverpool:

1. Blackburn home
2. Wigan away
3. Pompey home

Man City:

1. Chelsea away
2. Spurs home
3. Sunderland away

Tottenham:

1. Everton home
2. Man City away
3. Blackburn home

Before our away trip to Old Trafford we absolutely must get 9 points.

Our run home til the end of the season is a fucking gift.

If we don't get 4th, then it's entirely our fault.

What about Villa's fixtures?

But yes, that does look inviting, especially with Torres and Yossi fit again. We've fucked up before against the weaker sides though, so we really need to take advantage this time.

Here you go, you can have the next 5 before we play Chelsea away.

27 27.02.2010 Hull City away
28 06.03.2010 Sunderland home
29 13.03.2010 Stoke City away
30 16.03.2010 Wigan Athletic away
31 20.03.2010 Wolverhampton Wndrs home

Edit: sorry, the Hull match is postponed.

Is it true you've never won a match in March under Martin O'Neill?

We've done this before, but yeah the next 3 games are must wins. If we're going to have any chance with finishing 4th, we HAVE to win.

9 points would put us in a really good position, considering the other teams fixtures.

Still, one game at a time.

Great result against Burnley, btw.

Pity you lot couldnt spare us a goal or two. 😉

We're forgetting what they look like. 🙁

That's encouraging. For us, I mean.

Oh no, you've fucked up the quote thing now!

So optimistically we could push ahead of City and Spurs over the next three games , but still have Villa around.
This still needs Yossi and Nando to settle back in pdq.

I think Carra was not being unrealistic when he said we could end up fourth, but equally we could end up seventh.

3 x win and we'd be in pole position for 4th.

Let's do this.

Villa will be above us after the next 3 games.

I think so too, as it depends how quickly Torres gets match fit

Villa usually fade fast in the spring. I'm not really worried about them. City and Spurs are the bigger threats.

Indeed so, we are only looking at the up coming fixtures,
