Moses: Play Me.. To see the best of me..

Looks like his chance is here (on the flank perhaps?), if Sturridge is indeed ruled out due to ankle ligament damage.

How many games is he likely to miss, its a chance for Aspas or Moses to step up and make their case

[article=http://www.theguardian.com/football/2013/nov/29/daniel-sturridge-injured-liverpool-hull]The Liverpool striker was immediately taken for a scan on his left ankle and, though the full extent of damage may become clear only over the weekend, the club are braced for bad news. Sturridge suffered ligament damage in his right ankle playing for England against the Republic of Ireland in May and it took a punishing personal fitness programme for him to recover inside three months.[/article]

He & Allen are suffering from the same issue.

The results (if not necessarily performance) have dictated a formation or formations meaning they can't play where they should be playing.

If you play footballers in the wrong position, irregularly & shift them round then you are unlikely to see the best of them.

No, you're wrong, they're just cunts. and shit. Shitcunts really.

That's all the analysis you need.

Victor Moses is the best player from Nigeria at the moment? Nigeria must be well shit then! Sorry but these comments from Moses are just wrong. His first game he made an immediate impact, and he has looked good in very small flashes but his work rate is shit, and there's been no consistency. But yeah cos he's a flair player, and an attacker, let's drop him for Henderson. Tell you what, lets play flair players all over the pitch and see how well we get dicked. There has to be balance to the team and this "we're gonna score one more goal than you" approach suggested by the usual suspects just won't work on a consistent basis. Simply because we are lacking in the technical ability and work rate front he players who they want to play the flair roles. Victor Moses is a prime example. Sturridge doesn't put in a shift, ok he might be protecting an injury, Coutinho seems les willing to put in the work since his return. In order for the likes these flair players to have their inspirational patches In a game you need the Hendersons and the Lucas'. Of this world to shore it up. Our midfield is already our weak spot and people want to play what looks a 424 formation. It's madness, madness I say!

Moses is probably the best player from Nigeria atm. It's more or less a coin toss between him and Obi Mikel.

Henderson isn't the answer, not yet any way. I don't' see him as balancing our midfield or tipping the scale to either attack or defence.
And what is this balance that we're trying to preserve?
We just conceded 3 goals against Everton and were overrun in midfield, despite having Lucas, Allen, Gerrard and Henderson there.

Can we for once just try starting a proper winger on the right, like Moses.
Have Gerrard and Lucas in midfied with Coutinho ahead of them.
Suarez upfront.
And now that Sturridge is out, who ever the hell you want on the left.

Henderson may or may not be the answer, but Spionkop69 is spot on saying swapping moses for him would be madness.

I personally think Henderson is an extremely good player & will continue to improve.

As I've long since argued, Utd have always had a player like that in the side, usually in midfield.

If we had a back four like they've traditionally had & a Gerrard on form, a hamann or a mascher type, the hard work that he does I believe would be more apparent.

The same applies to Allen though.

Put simply, we have a number of midfielders, none of whom are currently strong enough & we have no way of balancing those players we have.

Moses is not, and will never be a traditional 'winger'. He is a forward who tends to play on a flank. More of a Babel than a Downing, as it were. If we want to persist with the two up front I think he could do a job alongside Suarez. If a 4-3-2-1 stick him on the left of the 3.

Coutinho hasn't been great since he came back in the AM position. He'll no doubt succeed there eventually, but I think it would be good to give him more space by starting him on the left of the attacking three (Moses on the right) and giving him a free role.
Gerrard, Henderson/Allen, Lucas in the middle.

After that he will struggle to keep his place on the bench. Even if he succeeds there are no circumstances in which he would ever actually come off the bench, never mind start another fucking game for us ever again.

Perhaps he should have kept his mouth shut and been satisfied with the last 10mins of games he was previously being allowed to play.

It's alright modo thinks he's great
See this is exactly what I'm talking about. You didn't have anything to say about Moses comments before.
Had a quick look in the thread, nothing. But afterwards, well as usual you pop up with a snide remark, writing something I didn't even say.

You are one sad, sad person with no opinion and no spine. Like I've said before, no one knows what you think because you never say anything until it's right in front of you, clear as day, and imo it makes you irrelevant. You have absolutely no worth in this forum.
None.
If I'm wrong prove it. Cause it's easy to jump on Moses now.

I'm so glad we played the best player from Nigeria. I'm so glad our other premier striker didn't play cos he's got his head up the England squads arse.

Pm the mods about it then you child.
In Anfield once in your life.
Lol

Oh and are you actually ever off the forum?
Get a life or a woman or something you sad creature

How many times someone has or hasn't been to anfield doesn't make their opinion any more valid.
Yeah your right but some uppity cunt know it all who contributes nothing to the club talking down on people.
He's a grade a cunt.

His performance today was one of the worst I have ever seen (in Liverpool). I guess Traore would be up there but fucking hell I think Moses wins it.

He was awful but there has been many worse than that performance, Sterling was equally as bad, whenever hes in possession he gives it away either through dithering, running straight into a player like he almost doesn't know one is there or just lamely giving it away with a shit pass.

And when Sterling doesn't give the ball away and finds a team mate its very very rarely ( tempted to say never) a vital pass/assist or anything to threaten the other teams defence/goal.

Fuck off wankers
