I love this:

I don't want any memory of that day.

These have been difficult days.

Losing a Champions League final is a big deal. Before the final, I got up in the night a few times thinking I'd already played the final, it was a dream for me, I couldn't wait.

At the end, I didn't swap shirts with anyone. I don't want any memory of that day. I didn't even take the medal. I don't have silver medals at home.

Credit to Barcelona though, and their Coach, we have to know how to lose, too.

We need more winners at this club - players for whom the only goal is to win every game regardless of foe or competition.

Thought he was great in the final.

Imagine if we'd have gotten him rather than Balotelli last summer.

If Real decide to buy him back, which I think they will, I'd try and get him on loan.

Yeah he looked class, I'd only seen him against Madrid in the semi final prior to that, he was also ace then.

Id imagine he'd want of the same next season in terms of achievements so I don't think we would have a chance regardless of it being a loan deal

He reminded me of Christian Vieri in his pomp terms of his work rate and style. That's a compliment in my eyes.

[article=http://as.com/diarioas/2015/06/11/english/1434009865_121236.html]Juventus sporting director Giuseppe Marotta has firmly shut the door on any potential Real Madrid bid to take Álvaro Morata back to the Bernabéu this summer. “”He will stay at Juventus until 2016 and then we’ll see,” Marotta told Sportmediaset.

The Juve director stated that Morata wants to be assured of playing time and his best option for that to happen is to remain in Italy. “Morata has an unusual contract, with certain conditions laid down by Real Madrid. But right now he has the desire to carry on with us.”

Rafa Benítez has already told Florentino Pérez that he would like to re-sign Morata after the Spain international was sold to Juventus last summer for 22 million euros. If Morata is to return to Madrid this summer, the Bernabéu will have to fork out 30 million euros to secure his signature. Morata will be offered a five-year contract with an annual wage superior to that he earns in Turin; 2.5 million euros. If Morata does spend another year at the Juventus Stadium, it will cost Real Madrid 35 million euros to buy him back next summer.[/article]

Real need to be more careful whom they let go to potential rivals, either on a permanent or on loan. Morientes stuffed them for Monaco, and he was still on Real's books at the time. 😀
