They paid £15m+ for him though so there's no chance of us getting him on the cheap.

Arteta would be quality for us, he is well capable of playing in the Champions league and he would help us get back there!
He has far more creativity than our current midfield, and would be a great addition!
I think our priority though is to get two quality fast wingers!
