It's blatantly obvious that Evra pulled back his hand and was looking for confrontation.

He was right not to shake his hand. Why would he shake the hand of a player who lied about him an got him suspended for 8 games?
He shouldn't have kicked the ball into the crowd. It was a moment of frustration, and he acted stupidly. But seriously, it was a minor incident, and not one that should be harshly criticised.
The end of the match incident, he handled well. He stood his ground when Evra goaded him and didn't react. If anything Evra made an arse of himself.
