Looks like we're resting most for the community shield now but good to see Keita, Shaq, Mo & Bobby starting

Alisson
Hoever
Gomez
Lovren
Larouci
Lallana
Keita
Shaq
Wilson
Salah
Bobby

More interesting starting xi than the last few at the very least. Alisson will obviously play v City, but it will be interesting to see where Bobby and Mo are at for that.

Interested in seeing how Wilson does with those players as well... I’m still pulling for the lad (if for no other reason than it looks like we won’t be getting anyone else in).

Is there a game today? If so when? And is it the community shield on Sunday or something?

Our defence is hilariously exposed everytime they get the ball. Lallana at number six isn't helping.

Lallana is a bag of spanners & citeh will blow us away with there counter attacking

Keita has been very aggressive, that's nice to see as he was far too passive at times last season.

Hoever looking very good as an attacking FB. Looks like we'll have a really good understudy to Trent.
Maybe in a few early rounds of the domestic cups Klopp might play hoever at right back and deploy AA in an Alonso deep lying CM role, with his passing ability he could look the part.

Larouci on the other hand hasn't been impressive at all.

We have attacked a lot less down the left (probably because it's Wilson rather than Salah there). Larouci didn't do anything wrong and I saw a couple of nice passes.

Hoever very impressive. He looks to be at the same stage at Trent 2 seasons ago.

I think Lallana got that job nailed down – looking very good at #6 against teams that allow us to dominate the ball. He can string quick and incisive passing moves together and is also a tireless worker on pressing.

Hoever has been very impressive. As has Gomez. Laruci has been decent, not done much wrong. Positive from Keita and Salah looks up for it already, good for us.

Lallana has also been surprisingly good
