Insua has become progressively worse these past few weeks and, if he plays tomorrow, will need more help on the left than Babel is likely to provide.

If Torres can get throught tomorrows and mondays game, there's is an international break coming up for 14 days.
For once that will be positive for us, as Gerrard and Torres will get the time they need to get fit again, hopefully.


That said, Torres will probably get picked for Spain.

[/quote]Yeah you are probably right, but he has been warned. I posted in here about three days ago that the next person who i saw posting unwarranted abuse would take a break. The poster he called a cunt hadnt even spoken to or mentioned him.
If im wrong im wrong, but i think we need to see an end to the days when its ok to personally abuse another poster with no provocation. All im asking for is a bit of civility.

I dont think anyone wants to see the banter removed from here, or the wit and edginess, but i dont think there should be any place for nastiness. I'll try to stay on top of it and ensure im being fair, and i DID say the next person would get a 2 week ban, and Rage has got just three days, so in that respect im trying to be reasonable.
Bottom line if you abuse a fellow poster for no reason you get a break.

I think Sunny has done some amazing things with this site in the past few weeks and i believe he and the other more technically astute mods will be ramping that up in the coming weeks. But none of that will make any difference if this site is still percieved as a free for all where you are shouted down and ridiculed if you dont agree with the masses. I dont have a problem with Rages anti Rafa bollocks, its his opinion, but a line needs to be drawn with what is acceptable. the likes of Vlad and Delinquent, keniget and Macca can cut you in two without resorting to playground shit, and if we can be seen as a site that encourages that then i think we will all benefit from it.
A line needed to be drawn, we arent weighted down with rules and red tape, but civility ought to be a given. Ive overstepped the line myself in the past, and am always willing to apologise and admit it and move on. Hopefully a few more will begin doing that, or it could be quiet round here for a month or two.
 
Daniel Agger and Alberto Aquilani were included in the Liverpool squad that touched down in Lyon this afternoon - but Glen Johnson and Fabio Aurelio were both left behind on Merseyside.
The Reds' 19-man squad landed at Lyon airport shortly after 1pm local time boosted by the presence of Agger and Aquilani, as well as David Ngog.

However, Johnson and Aurelio look set to miss Wednesday's crunch Champions League clash with Les Gones after failing to recover from calf injuries in time.

Youngsters Daniel Ayala, Stephen Darby, Jay Spearing and Damien Plessis have travelled to France.

Liverpool squad: Reina, Cavalieri, Carragher, Ayala, Darby, Insua, Agger, Kyrgiakos, Kuyt, Lucas, Benayoun, Aquilani, Babel, Mascherano, Spearing, Plessis, Ngog, Voronin, Torres.
 
He might not be 100% match fit, but i think it's time that Aquilani got his first start.
