He'll be 27 next summer Mark. That'll be our last chance to get good money for him.
If he's world class he'll have another season like the last one and the fee might be higher.
If he's a good player who just had a career year we won't.

Of all the players on the list Tevez is probably the best comparison to Suarez for a number of reasons, he did it twice. I think Suarez will go close but just might not play enough to score 20 again.

I hadn't looked at the age thing, 27 maybe then yeah. And I know World Class is a term bandied around too easily, but he's top bracket quality I think, some players only manage that for a few seasons at best, I can't see him not having a good season if he stays, he's too good not to, obviously that depends on injury and how much of a dickhead he decides to be.
I wouldn't be happy with us throwing more money at him via a new contract. It sends totally the wrong message out.
