Says in the papers that he is not alliowed to train with the first team until his attitude in training and matches improve.
How will his attitude in matches improve if he isn't allowed to train with the team?
Well, that should make it all clear."@FootballLaw: PFA: Suarez clause. If LFC dont qualify for CL & receive a £40m offer, then the parties will 'agree to discuss & negotiate in good faith'."

But rejecting it blatantly is not negotiating in good faith either? We are right to decline the sum, but refusing to sell at any price and make funny comments about it on twitter is not negotiating in good faith no matter how cool it is?The clause was leaked to the press in bad faith. He will have to persuade the court that it was a lapse following which he had nothing but good faith. Then he will need to persuade the court that the meetings he had with Ayre, Gerrard and Rodgers were to discuss the weather and nothing to do with his transfer.
Agree with you. Also, I've had Ryan on ignore for a long time now, and it is indeed bliss.Rodgers has been excellent throughout this.
Still with that clause Henry should have avvises joking on Twitter?Great thing about that clause is bale, negotiations betweeen lfc and arsenal have to take into account the bale fee.

We can hardly prove that the intention was to fuck us over. The intention was to test the clause and bring us to negotiating? Which we so far haven't done, we just rejected it?£40,000,001. How can you take that in good faith? The other party has obviously tried to fuck you over

Some people reckon we're gonna hit him with a record fine for bringing the club into disrepute.

So we haven't honoured the contract as I see it. We should have handler it different... To negotiate that the 3 years remaining of the contract and a Bale fee of 85 m would put Luis in a price bracket of 65-70 m. Given they are direct competitor for 4 th place adds on 5-10 m. Your move. That would either make them raise the cash bid or move out of the deal. Not the shit we see now.
You forget that they see qualifying for CL as success... Not titles. Hence removing him from our team strengthen their chances of success!!Do Arsenal fans really believe it'd be money well spent, 40 or 50m? Are they really lacking just that one striker to challenge for the title?

His actions doesn't excuse our actions? It is still wrong of any Liverpool player to bite an opposition even if Luis allready did.The point is Liverpool and Suarez agreed to negotiate in good faith if a bid of 40 million came in. If Suarez then discloses that clause to the press or Arsenal, he's not acting in good faith anymore. He is using his knowledge of the clause to engineer a way out. That's the very opposite of good faith. So Suarez through his own actions has made that term in his contract unenforceable.
And how the hell were they not to know about it? There are Polar bears in the fucking arctic knowing about the clause. And if they didn't know the exact content they still triggered it? Why do we know about Costas clause?Liverpool will rightly say that if Arsenal didn't know about his clause, they would have bid closer to his market value of 50 million. That clause is may as well have been written on toilet paper as Liverpool are under no obligation to even negotiate about any offer now.
