If we win Europa League and beat Juve in the final, I'd say that would be roughly equal to reaching CL semis. Problem is, with the way we are playing now I don't think we can win anything, even if we try very hard.
Juve just won their game, BTW. 2:1 against Ajax in Amsterdam, even though the Dutch pressed them very hard in the last half hour, had many chances and his the crossbar.

Ajax fans should be proud of their team's performance today. Juve were hanging on for dear life and had only Lady Luck and Buffon to thank for their lucky escape.
