I'm not a fan of his at all, but it surprises me that he's playing so poorly today after he was one of our better players (for what that's worth) against Reading.

Rafiagra, mate - we've fought Stoke to a standstill physically and restricted them to bugger all in the way of real opportunities. Not many teams will manage that against them at the Victoria this season. Our main problems have been in the final third, where we've had the odd chance but have p!ssed them away or been robbed by that joke of a referee.

The players have stifled Stoke at their game, and my guess is that's their priority. 3 centerbacks, 3 fullbacks, 2 defensive midfielders, and one workhorse striker on the pitch sends out a pretty clear message from the boss.

Problem is if their hoping to nick a goal on the break, then Ngog hasn't got the physical qualities to compete and has been abused by the Stoke defenders from the first whistle.

If we were going to stick to one up front and one just behind, I'd have swapped N'Gog and Deadly around so Deadly did the workhorse bit against their CBs with N'Gog looking for the knockdowns etc.
